Family Class Sponsorship

A Canadian Citizen or a Permanent Resident can sponsor:  

1) Parents
2) Grandparents
3) Spouse and dependents ( upto age 22 years)
4) Grandchildren ( if under 22 years, not married and orphan)
5) Nephew/niece (if under 22 years, not married and orphan)
6) Brother/sister ( if under 22 years , not married and orphan)

All subject to eligibility requirements and all IRPA rules and reguations.
