Canadian Experience Class

 

Requirements:
A person can apply for Permanent resident status if following requirements are met:

1) Have 12 months of full time paid work experience ( NOC O/A/B) in last 3 years before applying.
2) Have worked in Canada with proper authorization
3) Proof of language proficiency through an approved test.
CLB 7 for NOC O&A and CLB 5 for NOC B
4) Must satisfy eligibility and admissibility requirements.
